Holy Apostles Parish Family Golf Tournament: Come join us for the Holy Apostles Parish Family Golf Tournament on Wednesday, August 21st at Twin Creeks Golf Course in Pender, NE. The cost is $65.00 per person and includes nine holes of golf, a cart, and dinner. You choose your flight: 10:00 AM Morning Flight; 3:00 PM Afternoon Flight. You are invited to join the National Eucharistic Pilgrimage – Serra Route when it arrives at St. Augustine Catholic Church and Indian Mission in Winnebago on June 22. Father Mark Beran stated, “The procession is going out of its way, to come from Omaha to Winnebago and then to Council Bluffs!” he said. “I hope the procession will bring people together, with a spirit of faith in their hearts, to celebrate our Catholic faith.” Join us from 12:30-4:30 p.m. for fellowship, Eucharistic Procession, Adoration, and Holy Hour with prayer, music, and reflection. Mass will be celebrated for local pilgrims not continuing to Council Bluffs at 5 p.m. Bishop Andrew Cozzens, Board Chair of the National Eucharistic Congress, concluded, “The Pilgrimage will be a powerful, once-in-a-lifetime witness of how Jesus Christ comes close to us and invites all to encounter Him in the Eucharist.”

The Fueling Our Faith January Session originally scheduled for Thursday, January 11th is being canceled due to the weather.

Along with forming our Holy Apostles Family of Parishes, we are being asked by Archbishop Lucas to become missional parishes. This means we are called to be places where all people are invited to know, love and serve Jesus.

​​​​​​​Join us for an hour of sharing, learning, and spiritual fellowship on Thursday, January 11th from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm at two convenient locations: Holy Cross Center - Bancroft and St. Mary’s Parish Hall - Hubbard.

St. Michael's Parish in South Sioux City will celebrate their 125th Anniversary July 14th - July 16th, 2023

Since there are no priesthood ordinations this year, the Archdiocese of Omaha has designated the last week of May to be a week of prayer for vocations. The week will culminate with an hour of prayer at St. Cecilia Cathedral on Saturday, 6/3, at 10:00am.
